This mod should be played only by people who know that they are likely going to get crazy after one simple training mission because this mod will test your patience and ability to resist histerical attacks and similar (chain?) reactions, its characterstics are:.
Features (From Readme)
-No uniforms, spy will have to find them himself, and if there are none, be ready for a true challenge (Lupin and Spy are good together);
-The enemies aim is better than the clocks ability to show the time ;
-The enemies are much more intelligent and sly, they won't lose too much time over bodies and cigs now, you better act fast;
-You have limited ammo as much as weapons so be careful, likely to say, don't use them;
-The sharks will no play with you just like they do in reality, you'd better freeze in place if you get spotted by one of them and call for help;
-The boat of Savo Island is much faster than before, don't underestimate it;
-The Japanese soldiers are now allied with the Germans, it's a deadly alliance, you'd better watch out;
-your life meter is very small, not at all equal to the enemies', don't get spotted or you will find yourself down in no time;
-your allies (Lupin's rat, Whiskey and Wilson) will distract the enemies for a short time, act fast;
-The enemy will recoginze you instantly if spotted if you were standing or lying in place when spotted, they will give you about 5 seconds, then they will open fire, you'd better think fast, otherwise, if you were spotted in movement, you will be shot without asking;
-the mine detector is useless, you'd better start thinking of another way to get past those mines;
-The workers a.k.a. unarmed soldiers can be deadly, if you encounter one of them, you'd better neutralize him while he is still away from you, believe me, apart from lucky situations you can find yourself (badly) hurt.
