silent and deadly weapon. This is perfect for when the Spy is in uniform, and he needs to
eliminate someone without raising the alarm.
TIP: 1 injection stuns temporarily (30 sec) the target, 2 injections knock it out, so
you can gag it, while a 3rd one kills it.
