Whiskey is a dog, so
like any other dog he can hear high-pitched spunds that humans cannot hear. This whistle
emits a sound that only Whiskey can hear. Once you sound it, he will come running to you. You
then can load him with stuff and he will be ready to transport some material to another
Commando.
